Orbit BTC

Terms of Service

Last updated on October 26, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Orbit BTC ("Orbit", "we", "us"), run from North Carolina, USA. They cover orbitbtc.space, the app, its emails and its API. By creating an account or using Orbit, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Orbit.

1. What Orbit is

Orbit is a research tool for Bitcoin. It charts market, on-chain and macro metrics, lets you combine them into signals of your own, backtests those signals as simulated trades on past data, and tells you by email, on Telegram or in the app when one fires.

Orbit never trades for you. It does not hold your money or your bitcoin, does not connect to your exchange or wallet, and places no orders.

2. Not financial advice

Everything on Orbit is general information for research and education. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold bitcoin or anything else. Orbit knows nothing about your finances or your goals, and we are not your adviser, broker or fiduciary.

A signal is a formula you build. When it fires, it tells you that your own rule was met, not that you should act on it. What you do with Orbit's information is your decision and your risk. Bitcoin's price moves fast and you can lose money. Talk to a qualified expert before you make financial decisions.

3. Simulated results

Backtests, trades, P&L and rankings like Top Signals are hypothetical. They are worked out on past data as if a fixed stake of $1,000 were traded on each fire, with no fees, spreads, slippage or taxes, and a formula can be tuned with hindsight until it fits the past. They do not represent actual trading. Past results, real or simulated, are no promise of future ones, and no signal is guaranteed to do as well from now on as it did in its backtest. The signals on top of Top Signals are the best of many tries, so they are not typical.

4. Data and alerts

Orbit's data comes from third parties and from our own calculations on it. It can be late, wrong, revised or missing, and we correct past values when better ones exist, which changes scores and results. Emails and alerts can arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on Orbit alone for any decision, and never for one that cannot wait.

Each data source keeps its own rights. The data, charts and scores you see on Orbit are for your own use, as Acceptable use says.

5. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old, and under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • Use an email address you can read, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One account per person. Extra accounts to get more of a plan's limits or another launch offer are not allowed.
  • Other members see your public name. Do not pick one that pretends to be someone else or that is offensive.

6. Plans and payments

  • Pleb is free. Pro and Max are paid in bitcoin, over Lightning or on-chain, through Strike, or by card through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout.
  • A plan starts as soon as its payment arrives and lasts for the time it paid for. A bitcoin payment does not renew by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.
  • A card subscription renews at the end of each month or year, and charges your card each time, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time on your Account page, and your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. When a renewal cannot be charged, Stripe tries again over the next days, and the plan ends a few days after its period if it still fails.
  • A bitcoin payment above a checkout's price adds plan time in proportion, instead of a refund.
  • Payments are final, and we do not refund them, except where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund. Then email us within that period, and we refund a bitcoin payment in bitcoin to an address you give us, and a card payment to its card.
  • Prices and limits can change. A change applies to checkouts made after it, never to time already paid. A card subscription keeps its price, unless we tell you of a new one at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, so you can cancel first.
  • If we close Orbit or stop offering a paid plan, we tell you at least 30 days before, cancel the card subscriptions, and refund the paid time left, in bitcoin for a bitcoin payment and to the card for a card payment.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • Copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or republish Orbit's data, charts, scores or other members' signals, or use them to build a competing service.
  • Reach Orbit through bots or scripts, except our API with a key we gave you, or get around its limits.
  • Probe, attack or overload Orbit, break its security, or reverse engineer it.
  • Use Orbit for anything unlawful, to mislead people, or to send spam. Share a signal by email only with people who would want it.

8. Your content

Your signals, alerts, names, messages and feedback stay yours. You let us store, process and show them as far as it takes to run Orbit for you: to score your signals, send your alerts and show what you choose to share.

  • A link you share shows the whole signal, formula included, to anyone who has it, until you stop sharing it.
  • Top Signals shows each signal's rank, trade, hold and results with its owner's public name and plan. The signal's name and formula stay private.
  • We may use aggregated data that identifies no one, like how many signals use a metric, to run, improve and develop Orbit.
  • We may use ideas and feedback you send us freely, with no obligation to you.

9. Our content

Orbit's app, code, design, text and the scores it works out belong to us or to those who license them to us. These terms give you a personal right to use Orbit while your account is open, and nothing more.

10. Changes to Orbit

Orbit keeps changing: features, metrics, data sources and limits can change, and Orbit can be down for maintenance or outages. We do not promise any uptime.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using Orbit at any time and ask us to delete your account, as the Privacy Policy explains. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts Orbit or its members at risk, or when the law requires it. Paid time lost that way is not refunded. Deleting or closing an account cancels its card subscription, so it is not charged again.

12. No warranty

Orbit is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express or implied, including that Orbit is accurate, complete, fit for a purpose, uninterrupted or free of errors.

13. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows:

  • We are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, even if we knew they could happen.
  • Our total liability for any claim about Orbit is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100, whichever is more.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else the law does not let us limit.

14. Indemnity

If your use of Orbit breaks these terms, the law or someone else's rights, you agree to cover our costs from the claims that follow, reasonable lawyers' fees included.

15. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, apart from its rules on conflicts of law. Before any formal claim, email us and give us 30 days to sort it out. A dispute left after that goes to the state or federal courts of North Carolina. If you are a consumer whose country gives you rights or courts that a contract cannot take away, like in the EU, the UK or Brazil, you keep them.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we tell you in the app or by email and ask you to accept the new version before you continue. The date at the top shows the last change. Small fixes, like a typo, apply once they are posted.

17. The rest

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Orbit. If a part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies, and not enforcing a part does not waive it. We may transfer these terms to whoever takes over Orbit, like a company we set up to run it. You may not transfer yours.

18. Contact
