Privacy Policy

Last updated on October 26, 2026

This policy explains what Orbit BTC keeps about you, why, and what you can do about it. Orbit BTC, run from North Carolina, USA, is responsible for your data. Questions go to hello@orbitbtc.space.

In short

  • An account needs only a name, an email and a password. No identity documents, no KYC.
  • We never sell your personal data, and we never give your email to anyone to market to you.
  • No ads, no tracking and no analytics: Orbit's pages load nothing from other companies.
  • Your signals' formulas stay private unless you share a link to one.

What we keep

  • Your account: name, email, public name, your password as a hash we cannot read, your plan, and when you accepted these terms.
  • What you make: signals with their scores and trades, metric alerts, the settings you choose like your dashboard, and the links you share, with the addresses you email them to and your message.
  • Telegram: if you connect it, your Telegram ID, and the chat your alerts and plan notices go to, your chat with Orbit's bot or a group or channel you add it to, with its name: your username or first name, or the group's or channel's.
  • Payments: the plan, its price, the amount received, and each payment's bitcoin transaction or Lightning payment, which Strike tells us. A bitcoin payment gives us no name, card or identity. An on-chain payment is public on the blockchain, like every bitcoin transaction.
  • Card subscriptions: if you pay by card, the IDs of your subscription and of you as Stripe's customer, its plan and price, whether it renews, and each charge. Never the card's number or details, which only Stripe holds.
  • Feedback: your message, with what the page looked like when you sent it, so we see what you saw: its address, the screen and browser, recent errors and the state of the page. Values like passwords and keys are left out.
  • The contact form: your name, email and message reach us by email. The app does not store them.
  • Use and security: the pages you open and what you do in the app, the IP address and browser of each visit's session, the city and country of your last log in, visitor counts by IP address on some pages, how often a shared link was opened and from which city and country its last visits came, and error reports.

Why

  • To run your account and do what you ask: score your signals, send their alerts, receipts and plan reminders. That is our contract with you.
  • To keep Orbit secure and working, stop abuse and fix errors, which is our legitimate interest.
  • To run, improve and develop Orbit, with aggregated data that identifies no one.
  • To keep the payment records the law asks for.

We use your email only for Orbit: your account, signals and alerts, your plan and payments, and our replies to your messages. Should we ever send news about Orbit, every one of those emails will let you stop them.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run Orbit for us, and Telegram and Stripe if you choose them, each with what it needs, under its own privacy and security terms:

  • Hosting runs the app, its database and its logs, in the United States.
  • Email delivery sends Orbit's emails, and our own mailbox receives your messages and the notices Orbit sends us, like new sign-ups, feedback and payments.
  • Error tracking receives a report when something breaks, with the page's address and your browser.
  • Strike takes bitcoin payments. It receives the amount and the plan, never your account's details.
  • Stripe, only if you pay by card, takes the payment on its own page and runs the subscription: it receives your email, the plan and what you type there, like your card and billing details, and keeps them as payment laws ask.
  • Telegram, only if you connect it, delivers your alerts and plan notices there: each one's text, with your signal's name and metrics, never your email or account details. In a group or channel you choose, its members see them too.

Write to us for the names of these services.

Other members see your public name, your plan and your signals' results on Top Signals. Whoever opens a link you share sees that signal and your public name, and an email you share it by also shows your message.

We disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect Orbit and its members. If someone takes over Orbit, like a company we set up to run it, your data goes along under this policy.

Cookies

Orbit uses only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you logged in, one against forged requests, and one that remembers you when you tick Remember me. Our hosting's network may also set a short-lived cookie that tells people from bots. Your browser also keeps your light or dark theme and whether the sidebar is open. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is nothing to consent to. If you pay by card, Stripe's own checkout page and portal set Stripe's cookies, under its own terms.

How long we keep it

  • Your account, signals, alerts, shared links, feedback and activity stay while your account is open.
  • Your Telegram chat stays connected until you disconnect it on Account, send /stop to the bot, block it, or remove it from the group or channel. Telegram keeps the messages under its own terms.
  • The bell's notifications go after 90 days, and a session with its IP address after 2 hours without use.
  • Server logs and error reports stay only as long as the services above keep them.
  • When your account is deleted, so is all of the above. Payments and card subscriptions stay as records of money received, without your account, a renewing subscription canceled first, and database backups roll over on their own.
  • Emails stay in the inboxes they reached, yours and ours.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or that we stop using it for a purpose. You can change your name, public name, email and password on Account. For the rest, email hello@orbitbtc.space from your account's address, and we answer within 30 days. In the EU, the UK or Brazil, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Where your data is

Orbit runs in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your data travels to and is kept in the United States.

Security

Passwords are hashed, every page uses HTTPS, and only Orbit's operator can reach the database. No system is perfectly safe: if a breach affects your data, we tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

Orbit is not for children. We do not knowingly keep data about anyone under 16, and we delete an account we learn belongs to someone younger.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by email and ask you to accept the new version. The date at the top shows the last change.
